Dr. Malloy and his staff did an amazing job. They were quick and efficient and I had no pain the whole time or after my root canal. I highly recommend this office as I've had several root canals in the past and this has been by far the best experience yet.
I was in tremendous pain after a root canal here. Little did I know, they enjoy a cushy three day work week, and my procedure was on a Thursday, so they weren't returning to their office until the following Tuesday (no office hours listed anywhere should've given me pause.) After frustrating text message exchanges with their office staff, in which I was told to just throw antibiotics at the problem, and being unable to eat solid foods for a long painful four day weekend, I was seen in their office. Dr. Malloy was very efficient and kind. He brought a great energy and the procedure was quick with minimal discomfort. I was nervous about the procedure and felt extremely grateful for the kindness of Sheila, the front desk administrator. She was thoughtful and personable. I highly recommend this provider.
This office is responsible for the single worst medical experience of my daughters life. Despite a previous positive experience, my daughter was given a root canal with NO PAIN RELIEF during which she experienced extreme pain. Our daughter left the appointment reduced to sobbing/tears. This was during COVID where parents were not allowed in the office. She was too afraid to speak up, and as a result had one of the most traumatic experiences of her life.
