Patient here for about 10 years and never had an issue until now. Even though it's a smaller office with very old and outdated equipment, the staff, in particular Jackie the hygienist, have always been very pleasant and for the most part helpful. Sharon the office manager on the other hand, was very condescending and rude because of their mistake and imho should be fired for the way she treated me, the patient.
