I have been in customer service for...well my entire lifetime. What I experienced at Premier Dental was GREAT customer service! I walked in and was instantly greeted by name and then shown around the office (my first visit there). Anyone that we ran into greeted me kindly and seemed very genuine. They even had a small welcome gift and note.
