I have been seeing doctor Iwasa annually for 3 years now. He was recommended to me by my daughter who is also patient there. Two of my grandchildren are patients as well. All four of us would highly recommend Dr Iwasa. He is personable and professional and clearly explains any issues you may ask about. I look forward to my appointments!
I received very poor customer service at Iwasa Eye Center. It was my first time and I d idnt have my insurance card..my last Eye Dr looked it up for me and never said a word. But at Iwasa if you dont have a card they wont help you at all.
