I wish I could give Dr. Choi and his team 100 stars. As someone who didn't take the best care of my teeth when I was younger, I've had several root canals and crowns over the years. In 2024, I had a root canal with another provider that was one of the most unbearably painful and traumatic dental experiences of my life. I had a root canal yesterday. It was quick and painless. He said I may have some pain when I get home and it’s ok to take something. I had no pain after taking some Advil. Also, his staff is amazing. I would highly recommend his office.
This office was highly recommended by my dentist and unfortunately the rude encounter with Kelly( I believe that her name) the manager (so she said) was unbelievable and awful. She was very short with me and rude. I didn't understand why certain services were posted online but not services Dr Choi performed. The procedure was not explained. I know it sounds crazy that I had an amazing experience with an emergency root canal but this team is phenomenal! Dr Choi and his assistant work seamlessly and efficiently without missing a beat. My excruciating pain was put to rest immediately and the whole thing was done in 45 minutes. I can’t say enough about how well they work together. Ive been to many dentists in my life and have never experienced this level of synergy. I don’t wish root canals on anyone but if you do need one, this is where to go.
