Dr. Vanuno is a very kind surgeon! I had a hernia recurrence from work-related physical stress. One shouldn’t enjoy surgery, but his personality and the resident doctor made me not dread my pre-op appointments. He took his time to ensure we were taking the proper steps, and I truly felt I was in trusted hands. Recovery was a breeze, and I was back to work sooner than I expected. I have recommended this office to my friend, and he also ended up with Dr. Vanuno!
Dr Vanuno is an excellent surgeon. He has done surgery on 3 of my family members and has done an excellent job for all of us. He's caring, and really listens and answers all your questions. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing surgery and Will continue to use him for any future surgeries.
I have had a terrible experience thus far. My surgery was scheduled and performed. I was given basic instructions afterwards and was rushed out after surgery, although it was delayed for hours. The first communication that I had after surgery was to call and adv the medication was not helpful. They arranged for the adjustment which was greatly appreciated.
