Great experience with Dr. Steinberg. He took time to walk me through all the possible causes for my symptoms and made sure I understood our next steps before I left.
after many years that Dr Steinberg saved my daugther from underging ear tubes placement, I need to write this review, as I have recommneded him to countless parents of children with recurrent ear infections. He is without a question, the most insightful, practical and amazing doctor. He knows what most phisicians fail to tell or recommend simple treatment before going to the operating room. I don’t usually leave reviews, and I work in the service industry and customer service so I tend to be super understanding. However working with this office was the worst experience I have had thus far, just making the appointment. I did not have the opportunity to work with the Dr himself. I worked with I think two different people just over the phone. I missed my first appointment (Shame on me but an honest mistake, I forgot.) when I scheduled my second appointment I was then called back by someone else to reschedule it fo... read more
