Dr. Fink has been incredibly supportive of my issue and has offered additional therapies that are not conventional. He's allowed me to make my own decisions regarding my health and has supported me every step of the way!
After a failed Bilateral Thyroplasty, I expected Dr. Fink to say, no worries, we will fix this. Instead, I got the brushoff, and he named several reasons why the procedure didn’t work for me – none of which he ever mentioned before the surgery as potential issues. Before the surgery he said on rare occasions revision surgery is needed, but 2-1/2 months after the surgery he said everything looked fine, no revision surgery necessary…even though I had no voice.
