Never got there. The first 6 pages of the paperwork is like a millionaires Prenup when trying to marry a middle class wife. I would owe my soul to the company store. There were more rules pages than actual personal information asked for. Stay far away from this office. By the time I read through all the items I was responsible for, I was totally angry and turned off. Dr who tries to help. Better than most.
Dr Dan is a fabulous doctor of pain management and I have had good results with him. He’s an incredible guy who knows his stuff and I highly recommend him if you’re suffering in pain. He’s the right guy! Not only is he very smart and personable, he also has a good sense of humor! You’ll love him, as well as his competent staff!
