A very comfortable office from the minute I walked in the door. The staff was wonderful! Doctor Stern was very attentive and made me feel very relaxed. Went in for one issue but found another situation that he brought to my attention. Very knowledgeable. Thank you Dr. Stern, I felt very satisfied with his care and the attention of the staff.
I was in so much pain they were able to get me in the same day and I had the procedure done. Front desk and Doctor were very lovely!
I called to set up an appointment. I was greeted with a very rude woman that just said "longwood foot care, hold". After a minute or two she came back on the phone and her customer service skills were awful, she was rude and did not seem to care to listen to what I had to say. I did not go to this office because of this service. To be fair I didn't meet physician so I can not speak on his services, but the service of their receptionists are terrible.
