Appointment with Dr. Daniel Charous at Arizona Desert Clinic was not pleasure. I waited one hour inside the exam room for the doctor. I came in for persistent white patches on my tongue and requested a comprehensive workup including discussion of biopsy options. The exam was very superficial: brief nasal scope which he said he needed to check the throat and quick visual check of my tongue with a tongue depressor. My wife had serious sinus issues and Dr Charous is one of our clients. He asked to see her and take a look at her issues. He has always been very professional and really made my wife feel at ease with the issues. They did a great job and she is breathing so much better since they did her procedure. Thanks again and I am finally sleeping again since she quit snoring. LOL. Thanks again.

I discovered that he prescribed a medication for me that is contraindicated with the only other medication that I take. I didn’t find him personable. I waited over an hour in treatment room after a long wait in lobby.

Dr. Charous is the best ENT in Arizona. We are so impressed by his work, he put tubes in my son’s ear when he was 9 months and again when he was 22 months. Each time he was professional, kind, and most importantly efficient. Once brought back into the surgery room he completed the tubes in what felt like 5 minutes. We are so grateful we found this practice and trust Dr. Charous immensely.
