This one star is for the rude receptionists. The doctor and nurse is wonderful but the receptionists is just rude. I don’t want to go into this office because I don’t want to interact with the receptionists. My dad and I once waited for over an hour because the receptionists forgot we were waiting there as they were just talking and chatting away.
Zero way communication, OceanMD is disaster, can not validate due to Wrong DOB
Dr. Wong, took his time with me and answered all my questions. He was extremely thorough and had a wonderful bedside manner. I never felt rushed, he was definitely interested in my care.
Today it was my first visit to Dr. Daniel Wong. He is highly professional and competent. He is compassionate and empathetic. He did thorough exam and went through my medical reports with me to explain the symptoms and guided me with treatment options.
