I really like Dr. Dan Hartnett. Really don't have any experience with the rest of the Doctors there. they are building an expansion, so I hope that means a new computer and ability to pay online.
This is my preferred vet. I don’t live in the Long Lake area any longer but commute from Maple Grove. I simply refuse to go to Banfield. I believe it’s a family business. Case in Point: Dog recently got seriously ill. Picking at himself. High fever. Banfield missed the temperature entirely. We brought the dog to long lake the following day and it almost certainly saved the dogs life. They also bill you so it’s always nice knowing you can pay it off over three months or so. Love Dr. Dan and Dr. Kris they care alot about my animals i have a Husky and two cats. They answer all my questions. I am so happy for they're new expansion and all the upgrades!

HORRIBLE !!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!!! I will not be coming back here ever again, i paid my last payment today and I got my recipt and now im officially done , what scammers, staff isnt knowledgeable at all to what there doing, computers outdated, I got told I owed money to them when I had a recipt from them saying I paid that bill, I was told I was a liar by the staff of billing, when I pay in cash, also I have proof of bank statements saying I went to a teller to withdraw the money like I always do, then immediately go over there t... read more
