Nextdoor raved about this place, so I decided to bring my cat there. Sadly I can't give the place 5 star, it's very outdated, no computer system, old fashioned way of pay only by check in the mail, they ended up loosing my check and wanted to charge me a late fee. The receptionist on the phone was not super friendly. The provider seemed knowledgable and experienced but barely examined the cat, we were in the exam room probably less than 10 min. The bill was average, no less than with more updated facility.
They are professional, kind, caring, and best of all, INEXPENSIVE! I will continue to go here from here on out!
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. You can tell they actually care. Reasonable prices (though medicine is never cheap), and they don't try to sell you on stuff you don't need. This is coming from someone with over 7 years work experience in emergency and clinical veterinary medicine: this is a good practice. If you care at all about your pets, you can't go wrong bringing them here.

We got a hamster for our child because we didn't want extra pet expenses like vet bills. Unfortunately, little Woodchip developed an infection and we had to find a place to take her, as we couldn't watch her suffer. Long Lake has a comfortable, reasonable approach. We got her in relatively quickly for an exam (soonest of any place we found that took hamsters other than emergency vets), received meds, and now Woodchip is healing from her infection. I would definitely recommend Long Lake Veterinary Clinic!
