I went to urgent care in a great deal of pain and discomfort. I scheduled with this doctor after a visit to urgent care, for him to criticize them for not doing imaging but neither did he. Dr. Ball gave me a sample of pills that made my issue worse and I ended up at the ER the next day for him to say he could not have been the pills. I tried to get a hold of the office multiple times and communication is horrible. Dr. Ball refused to perform a colonoscopy on my father after having severe symptoms for several years. His symptoms consisted of bloody stools, constant diarrhea, bloating and incontinence. Years prior, my father had a cluster of polyps removed from his colon, and over 5 years had passed since his last colonoscopy.
