Everyone was so nice and helpful. They made the experience a pleasant one. Everyone answered my questions even before I had to ask.Chyna,Priscilla,Rebecca,Lara,Prasx,Dr.Baik, and Dr.loicshon were all very kind to me. I would definitely recommend the Dr. and the staff to other people too.
Dr. Baik & Muldoon were so so so nice ! They've been nothing but kind to me from the start, I had bad experiences before trying to seek help from other gastros and they would always blow me off because of my young age, Not Dr. Baik ! He and Dr. Muldoon listened to my issues and concerns and formulated a plan to investigate if something deeper was happening, I felt listened to and seen ! I saw the NP Katie , she was incredible. She alerted me to things I didn’t even know. She went above and beyond to get the answers I needed. She explained the procedure I would be getting thoroughly..if I could give 10 stars I would !
I worked with Katie Muldoon and she was fantastic! I couldn't have been happier with the attention and care I recieved!
DR. Baik has been awesome since going to him earlier in the year for pains in my stomach. He demeanor makes you feel relaxed. I have had 2 endoscopy procedures done by him and both times he has explained things very clearly for me to understand. His office staff is very nice as well. Always pleasant. Definitely would recommend this office.
