The whole staff was extremely nice and helpful, but my experience with Dr. Tovey was not. I went in to request lab work for symptoms I've been having. He refused to order the labs because he saw no problem. He offered to send me to a specialist if I really wanted to investigate, which I appreciated. This all would've been okay and understandable, except that Dr. Tovey treated me with dismissal and rudeness.
