I went here with my friend who is recovring from being an addict and dr starr does not care about his patients he need to do his job
Judges patients on their past and refuses to do his job. My friend is a recovering addict and Dr.Starr seems to not care bout her health condition and puts her last in line. He needs to do his job and not judge his patients.
He is a great doctor and I have had an great experience with him. He healed my bronchitis in 5 hours. Also he was very kind and treated me very well.
