Dr. Decker inserted a penile prosthesis to correct my ED. It never worked properly after the operation and recovery period. Dr. Decker said it was fine and it would get better with use. It did not get better. Dr. Decker treated my further complaints and visits like I was an inconvenience to him. I went to another urologist at a teaching hospital. Dr Decker treated me for bladder cancer shortly after arriving in AR. With his guidance I opted for 9 immunotherapy treatments of BCG which seemed to have pretty much taken away recurrence.
Stint removed after kidney stone busted up.
Dr Decker spent all the time I needed and answered all my questions. He explained everything to me in detail and was very thorough. He was very professional and courteous. I cannot say anything negative about my encounter with him. I recommend this physician.

Dr.Decker has treated me for a variety of urology related problems, including prostate cancer. He is concerned, caring and careful to be sure I understand all he says. I am totally satisfied with his technical expertise and his attitude of patient care.
