Very disappointed after seeing Dr. Amaez. I was very clear about family history on both sides having severe cardiac events. A necessary blood test wasn’t even ordered to check lipoproteins. I guess I am only a suitable patient after I have had a massive heart attack, which my father died of. Thankfully my endocrinologist ordered the blood work and sure enough I am very high risk.
