I had a great experience at this dental office! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very professional from the moment I walked in. The office was clean and organized, which made me feel comfortable right away. I especially want to recognize Krystina for her amazing assistance. She was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. I want to express my deep gratitude to Dr. Alena Kvashenka, she is truly the best doctor in the world. I was in pain for over two weeks and she was the only one who was able to help me. I traveled a long distance to see her from North Carolina, it was worth every mile, Dr Alena saved my life. I had a very complicated case but she handled everything with incredible professionalism and the latest technology, I’ve never even heard of. It was like a miracle to me. Went for what I thought was a routine cleaning and ended up with over 4k in work that needed to be done. I was last there September ish and since then I developed the need for 3 new crowns. The one crown that we did the prep for was covered by my insurance, as was my cleaning (as usual). I didn't question it at the time but when I got home and looked at my patient care plan I realized I was being charged $525 for a temporary crown which I will have in my mouth for 2 weeks. I think that is Way Beyond ridiculous, and as I stat... read more
