Firstly, the lady who answered the phone was extremely arrogant, condescending, impatient, and rude. I have never been so frustrated by a receptionist over the phone before. You could feel absolutely no respect for the patients in her harsh and impolite words. Secondly, the doctor herself was very cold and unemotional during the telephone consultation. For last 1 aeek,nobody care to pick up the phone even I try calling every hour
Dr. Liang is the person who saved me 6 years ago! I was suffering from Crohn’s Disease and everyone else diagnosed me with IBS instead. She gave me a fast appointment for Endoscopy, booked me for emergency MRI appointment and started me on the right medication right away. Dr.Liang been always available when I needed her and provided constant support until I went into remission. There were times that I would see her weekly, then bi-weekly and now every 3-4 months.
