Hopeless staff, no supervision.30 min on hold,last time .normally 10 -12 min on hold then fastalk who will not let me finish a sentence it took took 4 months calling every month to get urostomy supplies Br Bilnoski is very thorough and caring.

Terrible front desk service. I would like to see Dr. Bilnoski as a new patient, but every time I have called (at least 4 times so far), I am placed on a 'brief' hold for almost 10 minutes. Whether the staff is overwhelmed or just lazy, it shows no consideration for a patient's time.
Have been a patient for a few years I love the office staff and Dr B is awesome.
