Dr Dana took the time to explain everything to both myself and my wife. She was wonderful this is my 3rd pair of hearing aids and I never felt as good as I feel now about my hearing.
Very hard to get a call back or appt they keep cancelling . ADD the fact : The receptionist Irene, is very rude .I have been trying to get my mother seen and Irene is not helpful. Starting to feel like a scam . She is a gate keeper to this Dr. I am ready to contact the state next . Not happy !!!
