I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome it. I've felt like an annoyance at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Dana is among the best I have seen. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later.
