Office staff are unprofessional and unhelpful. If you want to get insulted by the front desk, then this is the practice for you. Also, don't believe your insurance company if they say this place is taking patients. Don't waste your time.

Dana Zweig was my doctor for many years throughout my late teens and early twenties. During this time, I've had several negative experiences and misdiagnosis. My first bad experience with Dr. Zweig was, unfortunately, life threatening. I had come in to address a pain in my throat. I explained my symptoms, including pain predominately on my left side. Worst doctor in so many levels we have ever had. Rude called one of our friends fat to her face. Overly Opinionated even when she is wrong. Could care less about your time. Had problems with them not sending paperwork for a test we needed. The facility we were at was literally standing in front of the fax machine and Zweigs office said they dont like to check their faxes. They don't send the paperwork but insist they did and don't put any effort to fix the situation.

I've been a patient of this practice for a little over 2 years now and I just cannot say enough good things about them as a whole. Natalie at the front desk is so friendly and always quick to assist with scheduling an appointment. I've had to move appointments to televisits and she has always done so with such a kind attitude and never acting as though it was an inconvenience.
