Marked me as a breach of contract as I was transitioning from Oakleaf to Mayo and in the switch both providers had mistakenly filled my medications for that month. She would not take any explanation of how I had been open and honest with both her nurse as well as Oakleaf about the move to Mayo and which medications were current and which were not.
