5000 stars for the best doctor I ever met. Two decades of a great doctor and saved my life many times I doubt I would be alive today If I hadn’t met Dr. Kraus . I always think of her as a role model. She is polite and listens if you give her the respect she deserves and then the Doctor does real Doctor things . Good luck finding that anymore.
She didn’t believe in Celiac disease until 2016 and she continued to try to feed me antidepressants even after they failed and I misused them horrifically
My daughter was assigned to Dr. Kraus. Couldn’t even make an appointment as reception was incredibly unhelpful and rude. Hung up on me as I was wishing her a good rest of her day.
Her knowledge is poor to none and she is not open to listening to her patients! You feel like I She is a bitter old lady before her time! She appears to have limited knowledge on customer relations and needs to be retrained or find another job! Her ethics as far as I could see were next to none! She did not listen to my history and misdiagnosed me with treatment completely opposite to my 40yr condition!
