I've been seeing Dr. Mabel Ng at this facility and she's great! She really cares about her patients. The front desk and medical assistants are pleasant. I would recommend this place
I am impressed with Dr. La and his assistant as far as knowledge and inquiry but the front desk is horrible. Also, if you do meetings via phone, the chances of getting the phone call are about 50/50.
Just a nightmare One week to reach them to find out if my x ray was approved Another 2 weeks waiting for them to find a person who can answer that question And after that they called me to say that I can go to get my x ray and they have sent my authorization there And of course nothing has been sent and again you can’t reach them over the phone The best👍🏻
The Dr. and staff are awesome very polite and friendly
