Dr. Bothwell is an absolute Godsend. I acquired a bizarre adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder) condition and have been in immense pain and mental distress. I am not quite 40 yet, and I have not had a positive outlook towards recovering because of how painful and disabling it has been.
