I made an appointment with this doctor to help me with arm pits and groin area itch problems. This doctor did not listen to the problems that I told him I was having. He ordered me some cream that was labeled not to use in those particular areas. This was a bad call from this doctor to where I could've injured myself.
I made an appointment to see Dr Maulden on 06/11/24. I have been suffering from a skin condition that caused me to bleed.itch and burn. I approached Dr Maulden about my situation and he told me that he would prescribe me with some lotions and a pill form medication that should help. He pescribed me medications that I'm already getting from another doctor. The two office visits were rushed, and when I had a post-procedure infection, I could never, despite many attempts, get an appointment to see the doctor. It seems that once he can bill you for treatment, there's no interest in addressing any subsequent problem with wound care - even if you're following his instructions to contact him. I opted to seek acute care elsewhere instead of waiting 3 weeks for the next available appointment. Dr. Mauldin was awesome, he removed a cyst from my temple, it has healed wonderfully, I am very grateful to him. Practice administration and billing is another story - they ran prior auth, no coverage it would cost $400. No problem, paid the charges in full on my way into the procedure. 1mo later I received a bill for an additional $289.19 without explanation. I called to inquire... The staff is extremely nice and the wait time was very reasonable. Dr. Mauldin was knowledgeable and provided excellent feedback.
