I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Damien Delio's dentistry. Getting braces at the age of 20 during a tumultuous time due to my parents' divorce was challenging. Managing my own payments after putting myself through undergrad and grad school during a tough economic period led to missed payments. When I tried to explain this to Connie, the office manager, and deal with Damien, the mistreatment only escalated while working on my teeth.
