My husband had a colonoscopy and was diagnosed with colon cancer. He also had an occluded left carotid that was impending treatment. I was distraught. What would we do first and how would I handle all this. Dr Szewchek put his hand on on shoulder and said don’t worry we will take care of it. He and his awesome office nurse Denise did just that. They coordinated with the vascular surgeon and the endarterectomy was done and the a month later the colon resection. He is awesome
Dr.S took care of me when I had a bleeding episode from my colon. I had a colonoscopy in Nashville. 2 days later i started bleeding and went to our local hospital. My GI doc told me not to drive to Nashville. Dr. Szewczyk found my bleeding site and also another polyp that wasn't removed. Great surgeon, exceptional bedside manners. I know better now.
He is an excellent surgeon!! I had a total thyroidectomy done. My incision is not very big, actually looks great. My recovery was amazing. He really cares for his patients and takes care of them. A couple of years back he also done my hernia surgery. Wonderful results!!
Best surgeon ever he will listen to your every concern and answer all questions. He has been both me and my husband's surgeon for everything never had any problems would recommend to anyone.
Dr Szewczyk is an amazing doctor.. He cares about his patients and their family.. He staff is wonderful also.. Highly recommended him!!!!
Absolutely wonderful surgeon! Total package of knowledge, skills, great bedside manner and very trustworthy. Franklin County is blessed to have someone of his talent and kowledge. I see first hand his skills by working with him in surgery cases. Takes care of all my family.
Great knowledge, wonderful bedside manners. His office staff is very experienced and helpful. dr.Szewczyk treated my father and myself. We are safe and healthy thanks to this great surgeon. My father had colon cancer, i had a bad gallbladder. I would highly recommend dr. Szewczyk to anyone needing surgery
Dr. Szewczyk has taken care of three generations for my family, all over a span of 8 years and for different reasons. Surgical care is top notch and he will not recommend nor operate unless he deems necessary. This is much appreciated in today's time.
