I've been seen by Dr. Pestana a few times for GI issues, and he is very thorough with his explanations and will answer any questions you have without making you feel inadequate with your questions. The doctor, including his staff at the time, were all very kind, compassionate, and empathetic. Some people complained about the wait time in the lobby to see him, but my thought on that is, if you're the patient in the room with the doctor, do you want him to rush his explanations with you just so he can get to the next patient? ... read more
