When I first met Dr Portela I told he was to young to be a Dr, he's very pleasant to talk to, very professional, answered all my questions the staff is very friendly I would recommend him to my family and friends
Profesionalismo y un trato esquisito.
This is the most unprofessional doctor and office personnel ever. He is never available and having to reschedule an existing appointment is a nightmare but when the doctor needs to reschedule, most times within the same day, it’s not an issue. As a doctor, he is a person that deals with human being on a daily basis, not a delivery company dealing with a lost or late package yet he never treats his patients with importance.
