Horrible. I’d give a zero if I could.
Today I went into the office today and given an ultimatum and told my account was behind and unless I could pay 2 payments my son would not be seen. I left today with him not being seen. The young lady discussed all of this in front of everyone in the lobby. I found a payment that was not applied to my account and was told I would still need to pay half. My son has braces. This office was closed during the pandemic and did not have anyway to receive payments and my son did not receive any treatments during that time. I WOULD... read more
My son has been a patient of Dr. Fisher for almost two years. Initially, we visited the Smyrna location which was fantastic, however we recently started visiting this location and it is also spectacular. Great customer service, very knowledgeable, and reasonably priced! I highly recommend!
My children love coming to Fisher Orthodontics. Braces coming off in 8 months.
