I went to this practice after having chemotherapy which aggravated some digestive issues. Dr. Ortiz did not ask me the correct questions and ordered the wrong test which I am now liable for and after trying to contact the office multiple times they would never call me back I then asked to be Switched to a different Doctor Who made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I will never go back to that practice again, and I would suggest anyone who actually needs medical care not go there.
She is excellent. She is thorough, caring, good physician, takes time to understand your needs. SHe performed gastro procedures and I am happy with how all went and follow up afterwards. She also speaks Spanish and that for me was a plus, making it easier to communicate my situation, issues and concerns.
