I had such a great experience with Bashi. She’s very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything, which made me feel really comfortable. The TCA peel made my skin look noticeably better. Moving to the area and was attempting to call and possible set an appointment. The first three (3) times I called, someone answered and hung up. The last time I called the subject on the phone just said hello. I had to ask if this was Dr. Merey's office and she responded yes. I told her if this is the customer service expected, will go somewhere else. Thank you Dr. Joecar for calling and your explanation.
Went to see Dr Shane Joukar for the first tine last Thursday, he was very personably, that made me happy I was looking for a new pcp and was referred by a patient, I was also looking for weight management and he did both.. very happy with my new PCP and staff ( Barbara).
