Dr. Hwang has always been very attentive and listens to my concerns. I feel like she’s always caring and does everything she can to explain the details to make sure I’m comfortable with understanding her answers to my questions. She’s very supportive and I always walk away feeling like everyone there is friendly and cares about me as an individual patient rather than just a time-slot.
I have been a patient for Dr. Hwang for years. She is awesome! Pays a lot of attention. Very detailed. Blood lab in her office!
Sorry, I had high hopes for this physician which I now have given up. Trying to find a new one.
I wanted to get flu shots for my two children. They stated that I needed to make an appointment because Dr. Da Hye Hwang hasn't seen them in a year. I made the appointment they charged me for the doctor's visit for both my children. My children were not sick. They should have coded it as a wellness visit, which my insurance would have paid 100% for. I called the office and explained the situation and they were not helpful. I am never going to that office again.
I had an appointment for a general physical exam with Dr. Hwang this morning. I had fasted for 12 hours when I arrived at 9:30 for a 10:00 appointment. After meeting briefly with Dr. Hwang, I was left sitting alone in a cold room wearing only a paper gown for 1 hour. At 11:00 a nurse came in to tell me that Dr. Hwang would not give me a physical because she did not want to fill out the paperwork.
