I unfortunately had a horrible experience with Dr. Knox. I was 16 and went to him for my acne as most teenagers do. He told, not recommended, me to go on accutane for my problem which I was completely open to. I asked him what the side effects of the medication were and he started laughing saying he was not sure why I was asking and why I wasn’t listening to him because he’s the doctor. RUDEST secretary ever! When we called the first time for information to see if he was a dermatologist or a family doctor she was rude, abrupt, and rushed us off the phone. We ended up making a appointment, despite her. Normally a dr office will call you the day before to remind you of you appointment, we didn’t get any phone call. We called this morning to confirm when the appointment was because we knew it was close, she tells us it’s today at 11:00, the time was 10:40.
