There are some doctors in this clinic who have no ethics and very bad treatment
Doctors are rude, and Reception often do not answer (despite being no.1 in the queue for over 20 minutes) I do not recommend this surgery as I have had to argue with my GP to be taken seriously and have been gaslit about my chronic pain.
Called for appointment to be told they don't do appointments anymore, they cater to emergencies only. Advised I have an emergency and was told to go to a&e. Why are you even open?
In the half dozen or so instances of needing a same day appointment, for myself or my children, so far I have yet to be let down. Most recently I received excellent care from Dr Jouanny, but have also only had great experiences previously, with Dr Verghese, Dr Diamond, and Dr Donaghy. The receptionists are also great. I am sure, like most of the health service, they are under great pressure at times. However I have only had kind and professional experiences with them.
