Excellent staff, I’m very grateful for their empathy & kindness. Receptionists are sweet and helpful. Facilities are clean & comfortable. Both doctors Dr. Shau & Dr. King are so patient oriented, they explain & ask you questions - very helpful in understanding complex medical conditions. I highly recommend them ‼️‼️‼️
I went in with my husband to inquire about Dr King.The front receptionist greeted us quietly so we explained we needed a card and would call later.I asked did the Doctor see patients with Persistent Headaches without hesitation he stated,Oh I just texted the Doc and he answered back and the Doc said No I don't see patients with that issue.We said OK! Dr King has been amazing. He has treated me with respect and honesty. The care he has given me is outstanding. His office staff has been professional and very caring. Would recommend him to family and friends!!
Dr. King was great. He went over everything with me and immediately told me I needed surgery. He and his staff got me in for surgery very quickly. I am very pleased with Dr. King and his staff
I will start with a positive and say that the front desk staff along with the medical assistant/nurse were absolutely amazing, kind and helpful. They are the only reason that the rating is even at 3 stars but if the rating was only based on them and their service, it would be five stars. I was not satisfied at all with my visit with Dr. King.
