Came to Dr, Sebastian due to his skill and reputation, He and his assistant Peter Schultz were able to show my the issues related to my spine and muscle issues. However during that process they saw something that others had missed, and sent me for a special test which when done stopped them from performing surgery. Cyril T. Sebastian is the BEST Neurosurgeon Around the Greater Houston Area. He took life saving measures to save my life in the summer of 2023 (May-July).
