Had a terrible Veteran Affairs exam with Dr. Hayes. Not only did she keep asking me if I had the condition I filed for in my exam, she didn't know what a Nexus letter was and didn't want to read the records I brought. Then she wrote an opinion that directly contradicted my evidence while refuting my Nexus letter based on semantics. She shouldn't practice medicine. Stay away from this woman.
As an employee of a physical therapy provider, working with Dr. Hayes's office is always a challenge. They are not courteous when they answer the phone (they just say "cynergy" and we can hardly understand them) and it is difficult to get PCP referrals and scripts from them in a timely manner. They also did not have a fax machine at one point, which is extremely inefficient and frustrating. I would not recommend anyone to this office because of the lack of professionalism of the office staff.
