I've been having chronic sinus issues for 10 years. Have been to three other ents (all men) before deciding that I wanted to find a new ENT that would be more compassionate and would actually help me get answers to what was causing my symptoms. I went to see Dr Hayes just recently on my situation. From the very moment I walked in her office she made me feel so welcomed. She put me at ease immediately with my situation after looking at me and made me feel 100% better. I would definitely recommend her to anyone of my friends or family. Wait time in her office was 5 minutes.
She went above and beyond for me and I was not even her patient
