I've been having chronic sinus issues for 10 years. Have been to three other ents (all men) before deciding that I wanted to find a new ENT that would be more compassionate and would actually help me get answers to what was causing my symptoms. Had to wait a very long time to be notified of biopsy results then was passed on to a dr not in this practice . She is very kind but I also waited 45 mins

I went to see Dr Hayes just recently on my situation. From the very moment I walked in her office she made me feel so welcomed. She put me at ease immediately with my situation after looking at me and made me feel 100% better. I would definitely recommend her to anyone of my friends or family. Wait time in her office was 5 minutes.
