I was quite reluctant to visit and have this procedure. However Doctor Quainoo was able to explain to me in plain english what it entailed and she put me at ease. Additionally, her staff were so very kind. I recommend a visit with Doctor Quainoo, especially if you have a slight fear or reluctance.

I am very dissatisfied with the service at this facility. Patients are often forced to wait for hours to see a doctor, even when they have scheduled appointments. The staff are unprofessional, careless, and show little concern for patients. Communication is poor, and the overall organization of the office is disappointing. My experience was extremely negative, and I would not recommend this place to others.
Dr. Quainoo is an excellent doctor and her team was courteous and attentive. I had my colonoscopy today and I was a bit nervous at first but 10 minutes into my visit and I felt that I was in good hands. I highly recommend!! A gem in the Brooklyn community.
I’ve had a digestive problem for over 35 years. No specialist was able to give me the cause or help me. This was at times depressing. When I visited Dr. Quainoo for the first time and told her my symptoms, she knew right away what was wrong. She was very detailed with how she explained everything to me. She was patient and gave me the space to ask as many questions as I wanted. She took the necessary tests to get to the root cause of the problem, and now I am currently on my way of healing. Thank you Dr. Quainoo.
