I had a rhinoplasty with Cynthia when I was freshly 18 and she completely traumatized me. She botched me beyond belief and I’m now 23 paying out of pocket for a revision with an actually qualified surgeon. She is mean and cruel and took advantage of my naivety. I met with Dr. Poulos and Elena for a surgical consult. The communication was excellent and steady leading up to my appointment. I was taken in promptly after checking in. Dr. Poulos listened to my concerns. She was so patient and understanding. Elena was there the whole time with me, taking notes when needed. When I got out to my car I was blown away by my experience here. I was made a priority and it showed. This was my 3rd local consult, and I found where I belong. Highly recommend!
