Front office staff was never nice. The best service from her was when she was simply not rude. I also had many issues with the billing. Keep very close track of what you owe vs what you pay. I have had two surprises with my billing. One was when I got a bill for $980 marked overdue/pay now and it was the first one I'd seen. The 2nd was when I got what I thought was my final bill, paid it, then 6 months later got a letter from a collection agency. I hadn't seen anything from the Dr's office in the time in between.
