I saw Dr. Mcnally for suspected endometriosis. She performed a surgery, but my symptoms did not resolve. I still had debilitating pelvic pain during my period. She sent me to pelvic floor therapy, but my symptoms didn't improve. I got a referral to another endometriosis surgeon and had another surgery which turned out to be extensive. In hindsight, it would have been better to just go with the second surgeon from the beginning.

Very happy to have found Dr. Mcnally. Wish I had been coming here a long time ago. All my concerns have been thoroughly addressed and I know I am in exceptional hands.

I started seeing Dr. McNally this year. She listened intently as I described my symptoms and complicated health issues. She took ample time explaining my options snd ongoing care, and made sure all my questions were answered. Dr. McNally is kind, compassionate, and thorough, and I’m grateful to have her as my doctor.

I had heard rave reviews about Dr. McNally’s care and exceptional professionalism - unfortunately this was not my experience with her or her office staff. I had to wait 6 months to see her, pay $50 just to make the appointment, just to be told “here’s 200mg of progesterone, you should try losing weight.” (For context at the time I was 5’7 and 200lbs, yes overweight - but I expressed that had been the heaviest I ever was and it wasn’t going away with diet and exercise) I’d been battling with new-to-me mental health issues tha... read more
