This comment is extremely true. Dr Hahn is a very good Dr., but her receptionist was so hard to deal with. Somewhere in her life she became hardened and it affected her ability to see people. Really sad. I was her patient for years. We had trouble with the receptionist. And it was her way only.
She saved my life. Who cares how nice she is. I did not have surgery. She whould not do it. She had a good reason not to. She is caring. I was in trouble and she let me know it. I'm very grateful for how she handled my case.
I see all these reviews and am like wow. She did neck surgery on me 5 years ago and I am thankful.
I really like Dr. Hahn. Her bedside manner is a bit rough around the edges, but she knows her stuff. She removed a tumor from my spinal cord and did this on her day off. She used to have a different secretary that was a sweetheart. This new gal Tracie used to be behind the scenes. When the old secretary moved, this witch took her place. I talked with Dr. Hahn about this witch, so she's VERY AWARE of how she is treating her patients. If I could of pulled her through the phone and beat her @$$, I would of.
