This office is dismissing me as a patient for over 20 years for 3 missed appointments. My situation as a primary caregiver to my quadriplegic son was why I was unable to make appointments & it was not even a consideration . This is a recent situation. There is so much responsibility of physical, emotional and financial stress. I thought the medical professionals were to act in the patient's best interest. My wife and I feel we are listened to and taken care of! We trust her advice and believe our best interest is her goal. Really glad we were able to secure her as our Doctor after two others at Sparrow left suddenly on us and after we lost our wonderful doctor of over 30 years Dr. Linda Coniglio.
